No Monitoring Group ID has been selected for monitoring

You will encounter this message on the Monitoring Dashboard when a URL parameter monitoring_group_id is not present. The Monitoring Dashboard needs to know which instances of Live Transcoder it should show monitoring information about.

• If you have a Docker deployment, follow these instructions.
• If you have bare-metal Live Transcoder or Bridge Live, follow these instructions.

No pipelines are visible for the selected Monitoring Group ID

This message appears on the Monitoring Dashboard when there are no pipelines in Live Transcoder or when monitoring is disabled.

• Check that you have pipelines in Live Transcoder.
• Ensure that monitoring is enabled.
• Ensure that the Live Transcoder is connected to the Internet and has a DNS server set
• The minimum supported Live Transcoder version is v1.15.3
