Pipeline creation failed

This may be caused by one of the following:

a) There is no Nvidia GPU in the Live Transcoder system.

Please use a machine that has an Nvidia GPU. You can find more information in the INSTALLATION section (e.g. Launch host instance for AWS).

b) The Nvidia driver is too old and Live Transcoder is unable to use the GPU.

Please update the Nvidia driver to the latest version or reinstall your host OS from an up-to-date AMI.
